Senior Vice President - Chief Operating
Officer
Mr. Burto joined Sunbound in 1995 following an extensive
background in hotel general management, operations,
and accounting. |

Carolyn
Chesnut
Senior Vice President - Partner Relations
Ms. Chesnut purchased worldwide incentive and meeting
services and was a longtime customer of Sunbound for
a number of years prior to joining our staff in 1994. |

"JC" Costello
Vice President - Operations
Mr. Costello heads up Sunbound's entire ground operations
including transportation, staff, activities, communications,
and special events such as Sunbound's unique Team Building
programs. He has been a part of Sunbound since 1996. |

Vlacich
Vice President - Sales & Marketing
As Vice President of Sales for Sunbound, Ray brings professional
Sales Management and coordination to Sunbound’s
very creative and exciting sales force, located both
in our Florida headquarters and in The Bahamas.
As in his past positions at Sunbound, having been interim
director of several departments, such as Realization,
Marketing Services, and Marketing Communications, Ray’s
knowledge of our clients and our hotel partnerships
coupled with his professional skills in marketing have
made him very well suited to lead the Sales Team with
coordination, professional follow-up, and both internal
and external communications. |

Schrag
Director - Theme & Realization
Jessica brings years of theatrical, special event,
and décor expertise to her position as Sunbound’s
Director of Realization. From catering, entertainment,
design, and site management, to budgeting, tenting,
lighting, and sound, she has done it all and done it
with aplomb. |

Javier
Oberti
Director - Destination Services and Development
From a long and successful background in the planning,
development and purchasing of shore excursion for such
companies at Norwegian Cruise Lines and Renaissance
Cruise Lines, Mr. Oberti joined Sunbound to develop
new and innovative excursions and tours throughout the
Company’s operating areas. He has been key
to Sunbound’s successful expansion to Grand Bahama
Island and will be as new operating locations and new
“Green-Tourism” excursions and participatory
and experiential activities come on line. |

Vargo
Director - Marketing Communications & Creative Media
David provides exceptional graphics and audio/visual
communications – ensuring that Sunbound’s
services reach their targeted market base. He manages
the entire hard copy and digital creative process using
internal and external resources through design, copywriting,
production, color proofing, printing and inventory management.
He is responsible for all company branding, alliance
marketing collateral, and advertising for special projects. |

Rake
Manager – Theme & Realization
Doug is responsible for all shipping procedures as they
pertain to special events produced by the Realization
Department. He maintains up-to-the-minute inventory counts
and is responsible for ordering, sourcing, and replacement
assessment. A talented and experienced designer, he is
an invaluable asset at on-site events. |

Manager – Operations & Planning
Born and raised in South Florida, Pam comes to us with a background in city government, where she planned and organized special events for various agencies. She works directly with Sales and Theme and Realization and is instrumental in maintaining the strong relationship we have developed with our vendors in Florida and The Bahamas. Sunbound sales and operation-planning teams work closely together on each program. As our client, the sales team will introduce you to Pam as her role will be to work with you and finalize all program logistics prior to your arrival on island. |

Kasparek
Manager – Operations & Planning
A graduate of Western Michigan University with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Amanda works directly with Sales and Theme and Realization and is instrumental in maintaining the strong relationship we have developed with our vendors in Florida and The Bahamas. Sunbound sales and operation-planning teams work closely together on each program. As our client, the sales team will introduce you to Amanda as her role will be to work with you and finalize all program logistics prior to your arrival on island. |

Manager – Field Operations
Mr. Hairston's responsibilities include producing Sunbound’s
major events including international concerts and other
events. He continues to design and operate our customized
Team Building events and activities, for which the company

Mr. Hoffman moved into the Sales Department from his
former position as an Operations Coordinator, giving
him a great perspective that serves his clients well. |

Sales Manager
As a sales manager within the Sunbound team, Ms. Peters’
role is to collaborate with our clients and nurture
those relationships to ensure goals are successfully
met. Recently moving to South Florida after seven years
working and living in Manhattan, the native Floridian
brings with her a strong background in marketing, advertising
and event planning. We are very happy to have her on
board. |

Stacy Drisdom-Allen Sales Manager
With an extensive and prestigious work history, Stacy
comes to Sunbound with over 16 years of specific and strategic
Destination and Event Management experience, making her
a strong force in the incentive, meeting, and event market.
She has formerly been a Senior Account Manager (Program
Manager) for a major national Incentive House as well
as a Meeting Planner and Travel Director. |

Executive Assistant to Mr. Kurdian
Mike serves as the Executive Assistant to the President,
Mr. Gregory Kurdian. He comes from a successful 32-year
career at Delta Airlines where he moved steadily into
management positions that brought him to team leadership
in customer service and processes. |

Lisa Brito
Manager - Realization
Lisa comes to us with years of experience in hospitality & residential design, including project management, purchasing, and concept designs. Lisa facilitates communications within the Realization Departments for all three of our base locations, Florida, Nassau, and Grand Bahama. She is responsible for coordinating and dispersing accurate documentation, purchasing, and sourcing new products and ideas for the Realization Department |

Mayi-Rivas Sales Assistant
After relocating to South Florida from her native Puerto
Rico, Juliette joins Sunbound with a strong background
in the hospitality and tourism industry. While working
on her Master’s Degree in Tourism and Marketing,
her main role at Sunbound is to provide support to the
Sales team. |

Wright
Administrative Assistant and Reception
When calling or visiting Sunbound, it's Cheryl's cheerful
voice and smiling face you will, most likely, hear or
see first. In addition to being a master of our communcations
switchboard, she also provides administrative support
to department managers and directors as needed, including
general clerical, and project based work. |
